The Steady Guide Provider Pulse is a monthly publication designed to help participants, families, LACs, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and health professionals stay informed about Occupational Therapy Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) services across Toowoomba and surrounding regions.
Our aim is to improve access to clear, factual information that supports informed decision-making and participant choice. We focus on enhancing independence in accessing providers, improving transparency and accuracy of provider information in the NDIS marketplace, and ensuring respect for participant choices.
Data Sources: Information included in this report is gathered from direct conversations with providers, provider websites, publicly available registers, provider updates, and community organization submissions.

7. Questions We’re Hearing (Market Intelligence)
β “If I get a phone call from the NDIA out of the blue to transition to the PACE system, what does this mean?”
This means the NDIA have decided to reassess the plan. The new plan will be created within the PACE system. PACE is based on the Salesforce Cloud environment where all plans are kept and all communications regarding participants are kept. Every interaction is recorded with a case number. If you have received communication from your local area coordinator or a planner and you are not prepared, make a phone call to discuss your situation and request time to obtain the evidence you need.
