Looking for a Support Coordinator?
Hey there. You're in the right place for NDIS support coordination and case management. If an easy read document would help, please click to download an easy read version of this page.
Based in Kearneys Spring, I offer the calm, professional support you deserve, walking alongside you every step of the way.
Finding the Right Support Coordinator Near You
Finding a support coordinator near you, so that you can talk face-to-face is essential. I understand working with unfamiliar people can be challenging.
At Steady Guide, I prioritise a low-caseload model. My many years in the industry has shown me the anxiety that arises when your support coordinator is too busy to really be there to help.
A low caseload ensures I have the time, energy, and focus to dedicate to your unique journey and goals. I work with up to 20 participants at a time, depending on the complexity of their needs.
My caseload is not driven by NDIS claims; it's driven by a commitment to the people of Toowoomba.
Empowerment Through Education
I believe the best support comes from understanding.
While support coordinators naturally advocate, how they advocate matters. I advocate by educating and informing the community, publishing educational resources that demystify the NDIS pathway. My books and guides are designed to help you build long-term independence, advocate fiercely for disability rights, and confidently author your own future.
Why Choose Steady Guide?
Local & Present: As a proud Toowoomba resident, I am committed to our local community. If you live in Toowoomba too, I'm likely just a five-minute drive away. I also run ongoing market stalls in Toowoomba to be accessible when you need me.
Qualified and Experienced: I hold degrees in psychology, writing and editing, and business. I've worked as a local area coordinator for over five years, and I am an informal carer for family members living with a disability.
Advocacy & Education: I don't just coordinate; I delve into legislation, consult with other providers and professionals, and create resources to help you forge your own path—to live your best life. This is about capacity building and achieving maximum independence.
With a low caseload, I can't help everyone, which is why I publish Steady Steps. It's also why I spend my weekend mornings at the markets, to assist as many people as possible.
A Clear Path Forward
My support process is designed to help you navigate your NDIS journey with confidence. We'll work through four stages:
Understand: I clarify what matters most to you.
Plan: I help you build stronger, reliable supports that fit your life.
Prepare: Plan for challenges and changes so you're always ready.
Thrive: Communicate with confidence and create a life that feels right for you.
Your Voice Matters
I am committed to providing high-quality support. You have the right to speak up without fear—your feedback helps me grow and ensures I am meeting your needs effectively. Whether you want to provide a compliment or lodge a complaint, you can learn more or submit your thoughts on my Feedback and Complaints page.

Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to bring a family member, friend, or advocate to any meetings here.
-
Yes, you need support coordination funding in your plan before I can work with you intensively, but if you don’t, I can assist with some support connection and through Steady Steps.

Yes, when you come to my office (I run my business from my home office), you can choose different types of seating, lighting, and other sensory modifications. If you need to walk around or pace, we can do that too. I apply trauma-informed principles when seeing clients.
