  • Non-Reimbursable Policy: Please understand that the purchase of my books and physical/digital materials from this website cannot be reimbursed by NDIS funding under any circumstances.

  • Compliance: By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are using personal funds and will not seek reimbursement from your NDIS plan or the NDIA.

4. Service Enquiries and Bookings

To make a booking or enquire about specific services, you must be the NDIS Participant or an Authorised Representative (such as a legal guardian, a child representative or a plan nominee). I reserve the right to verify authority before proceeding with service delivery.

5. Conflict of Interest

I am committed to the NDIS principle of Choice and Control.

  • I maintain a strict Conflict of Interest policy to ensure that participant interests are safeguarded at all times. 

  • When I assist participants to connect with a provider, this is an acknowledgement that the successful provider is the best provider for that specific participant, not a recommendation that the provider is best for ALL participants. This activity is entirely guided by the participant's goals, needs, and the features of individual providers. I do not receive "kickbacks" or financial incentives for referring participants to service providers.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is critical to me. Any personal or sensitive information collected via enquiry forms or bookings is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • I collect data only to provide support coordination services, process orders and send emailed newsletters or bookings.

  • At any time, you can request to view the information I hold about you.

  • At any time, you can request that I delete the information I hold about you.

  • At any time, you can request that I correct information I hold about you.
