1. Our main values: People, Potential, Possibilities
Regional Queensland families face unique challenges with the NDIS.
In Toowoomba, Chinchilla, Miles, and Tara, getting the right NDIS supports can take time. We help turn hard rules into clear steps.
People come first before paperwork.
We treat everyone with dignity and respect. Your lived experience matters most.
We focus on your potential and goals.
We look at what you can do and help build your skills, rather than focusing only on clinical labels.
We open up new possibilities.
We connect you to local community supports across regional Queensland so you can live a good life.
💡 Jenny’s Tip: You do not need to feel angry or stressed about NDIS rules. Clear facts and good evidence help you get better plan results.
2. Understanding the NDIS law changes from 2024 to 2026
The 2024 NDIS Law created Support Lists.
The law passed on 3 October 2024 made Section 10 Support Lists. These lists clearly show what items NDIS funding can and cannot pay for.
The 2026 NDIS Bill adds new protection rules.
The 2026 Bill adds computer decision safeguards under Section 59E and protects your plan from sudden, unwanted reviews under Section 48A.
Clear facts help you speak up for yourself.
When you know your rights under Section 34, you can show the NDIS why your supports are reasonable and necessary.
3. Functional capacity and getting the right report evidence
Section 9B looks at how disability affects daily life.
Assessments must look at your real daily environment and adaptive equipment, not just test scores in a clinic.
Section 25A is for joining the NDIS. Section 100 is for plan reviews.
When you ask for a plan review under Section 100, you need reports showing how therapy helps your daily living, rather than proving medical permanence again.
